Your first evaluation as a new patient will give us a complete picture of your present oral health. First, we'll ask you for a brief dental and medical history. Your examination will include an evaluation of past, existing, and potential problems. We'll examine your oral tissues for decay and gum/bone disease. X-rays are used to identify any hidden problems. We will also check for oral cancer and check the muscles that you use for chewing. This information will guide us in planning your treatment.
