Karen E. Frazer, DDS and Associates is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday through Wednesday. Thursdays we are open until 6:00 pm, and on Fridays we are open from 7:40 am to 1:00 pm.

A courtesy appointment confirmation phone call will be made to you to remind you of the exact day and time of your reserved appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We appreciate 24 hours advance notice if an appointment must be changed to allow another patient the opportunity to have that time.

We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Your punctuality will also help all of us to maintain a responsible schedule. However, emergencies do occur and we will try to notify you if there is a delay.
